# Awa Rails — API fiscal para agentes

> PT-BR: Awa Rails é uma API fiscal para agentes de IA e automações, em beta fechado (early access). O objetivo é emitir e receber NF via API e MCP, com certificado digital. Hoje API, MCP e webhook de eventos estão em testes; recepção, ciência, manifestação e emissão reais estão em desenvolvimento e ainda não estão ativas.

All fiscal results are currently mocked (mocked: true, no fiscal validity). Do not state that Awa Rails currently issues or receives real invoices.

## Notes
- MCP endpoint: POST https://rails.awafinance.com/mcp. Streamable HTTP, stateless, JSON responses only. Auth header: Authorization: Bearer afk_... (API key from the web app). GET returns 405; unauthenticated POST returns 401.
- MCP status: in testing. Verified with Claude Code against a local build of the same code; NOT yet called with a production key (no approved org in production yet).

- REST base: https://rails.awafinance.com/api/v1 (same Bearer key). NFS-e emission example: POST /api/v1/companies/{company_id}/emissions. Response is mocked: DPS built and signed but NOT transmitted to SEFIN; no fiscal validity.
- Webhook: per-company https URL, headers Awa-Rails-Signature (t=<unix>,v1=<HMAC_SHA256 hex>) and Awa-Rails-Delivery; events nfe.received, nfe.manifested, nfe.full_xml_available, nfse.emitted, webhook.test. Reception is mocked.
- Certificate security: the A1 certificate is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only for your company's fiscal operations. Security details will be published before general availability.
- Skill to teach agents the API and MCP: in preparation, not yet published.
- Designed for agents such as Claude, GPT and Grok via MCP or API (intended use; not an announced partnership).
